Who am I?
I didn't get into it because „it was a good market” or because „tourism is cool”. The truth is simpler: it all stems from a personal obsession with authentic travel, experienced for real, not ticked off in a rush.
From 2021 I am professional skipper for Pikasea Sail and have sailed through Greece, Spain, France, Italy and Thailand. I've organized groups on expeditions through Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Zanzibar and, between you and me, I'm full-time addicted to discovering new destinations and experiences.
I'm not the kind of traveler who wants to check off 10 cities in 7 days. I'm a „slow traveler”: I spend months in a place to understand the rhythm of everyday life, to live with the locals and to collect both the magic moments and the little inconveniences that are part of the reality of the place. This is the only way to offer authentic and complex experiences, not just „package tours”.
For example: i spent 6 months in Zanzibar - working in a resort, going on all the excursions, trying out new activities and spending evenings side by side with the locals. In Nepal I spent 3 months between hiking, festivals and ceremonies. In Vietnam i motored across the country, improvising every day. In Indonesia i spent over three months between islands, volcanoes, surfing and local boats. And the list goes on with India, Sri Lanka, Thailand... each one intensely experienced, not just visited.
Now, all this baggage of experiences (and yes, including the little „failures” along the way) I turn into trips that I organize for you: authentic, well thought out, safe, but without losing the adventure and fun.
In short: I have traveled the roads (and waves) of the world so that you can enjoy the best of it.
